CYNTHIA A. KOEPP AGENCY

In 1995, I was a former English and U.S. History high school teacher embarking on a new career in the health insurance business. Today, I have received president’s Club awards, and producer awards based on my efforts, surpassing over 5 million in AV.

 

My prior 20 years teaching experience, plus my Master’s degree in Administration for Cal Lutheran University lead the way to enforcing discipline and persistence to become a successful, self-employed health insurance broker.

 

My success is due, in part, to the great support I receive from my family. Initially, it was the advice of my husband, Dave, that I switch careers.

 

Health insurance is changing tremendously. I understand the body of the health insurance policy, the intricacies. I assist single, families, and small business entities with all changes forthcoming. THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM TODAY. I pride myself in being able to navigate the barriers and complexities of both government and insurance companies present in issuing a health insurance policy. When this is accomplished, clients have peace of mind. Should something happen – THEY ARE COVERED. (I pride myself in my expertise to accomplish this).

 

I have been a resident of Southern Utah for 28 years. This 28 year residency helps me understand the problems and pitfalls of clients. This has been instrumental in my success.

 

I must emphasize it takes a lot of perseverance, not to mention a well-maintained car, to drive the 300-400 miles regularly to meet clients in sparsely populated areas of Southern Utah. Personalized service –  that’s my business!

 

I am not an average 8-5 agent. I do not SELL products with high pressure tactics. I EDUCATE clients as to all possible health insurance solutions. The client decides which is best – given all options.
